The Body is Not Just a Vessel, but a Vehicle for Accessing the Deepest Layers of the Self

About
Psycho-Soulger

Psycho-Soulger is a transformative approach to self-development designed for those deeply committed to personal growth from the inside out. We blend somatic bodywork and mindset coaching in an intimate small-group setting, creating a space for profound inner exploration and outer transformation.

Unlike traditional fitness programs that treat the body as a tool for physical results, our Inside-Out Method empowers you to use the body as a gateway to the psyche—unlocking emotional resilience, mental clarity, and lasting personal change.

At the core of our approach lies a foundational principle: Psycho-Soulger is powered by the mind and expressed through the body. We believe the body is not just a vessel, but a vehicle for accessing the deepest layers of the self—driven by psychological mastery and guided by the wisdom of the heart.

If you're ready to move beyond surface-level change and step into a deeper, more embodied version of yourself, Psycho-Soulger offers the path. This is more than a program—it's a journey into the soul through the strength of the body and the power of the mind. Join us, and experience transformation that starts within and radiates out.

About Me

Hi, my name is Sarah Vandervort, the founder of Psycho-Soulger.

My method of work was born from weaving together my background in psychology, along with my years of experience as a personal trainer. But this work didn’t start in a textbook or a gym — it began in my own body and life experiences.

For years, I used movement as a way to manage stress, regulate emotions, and push through life’s challenges. On the outside, I looked strong and capable. But inside, I often felt disconnected — like I was working with my body, but not truly listening to it.

That disconnect eventually led me deeper. I began to explore how the body holds our stories, our trauma, and our truth — and how intentional movement can unlock not just strength, but healing. With my background in psychology, I saw how the body and the mind were never separate. I started shifting my approach — moving from performance to presence, from output to embodiment.

Now, I guide others through that same journey.

My coaching is an integrative experience rooted in somatic bodywork, psychological inquiry, and ritual. In small group settings, I lead a one-month container that includes guided journaling, intentional movement, and community reflection — ending each session with a tea ceremony to nourish what’s been opened.

This isn’t just coaching. It’s an invitation to come home to your body, your story, and your self — one breath, one session at a time.
